Muzaffarabad [PoJK], November 21 (ANI): Human rights activist Amjad Ayub Mirza has strongly condemned the recent presidential ordinance banning all political rallies, gatherings, and protests in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) as “outrageous.”
