The Bhadrachalam Revenue Divisional Officer sent a fax message to the Bhadrachalam Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) Project Officer, Bhadradri Kothagudem Collector, and District Magistrate, stating that the Godavari water level had reached 53 feet at Bhadrachalam at 4:16 pm.
The third warning has been issued at Bhadrachalam, and all officers are advised to take the necessary action.
The message read, “Godavari Floods-2024, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, Bhadrachalam Division & Mandal, Godavari Water Level reached 53 feet (fifty-three feet) on July 27, 2024, at 4:16 pm.
